Refurbishment
With more clients considering existing industrial premises for refurbishment and upgrading. We have been involved in these type of schemes where by the whole cladding can be removed and replaced or overlaying new with improved insulation.
The client in some instances has considered spray painting to selected elevations. These refurbishment schemes can also include ground floor slab overlays, new offices and general improvements to the external yards, car parks and boundary security.
